The MSP Titans of the Industry Awards recognize managed service providers (MSPs) for excellence, innovation, and leadership in the IT services industry. The Owner Under 40 category honors MSP owners under the age of 40 who are building innovative, fast-growing companies and helping shape the future of managed services.
How are finalists chosen?
A panel of industry experts reviews every application, looking at business growth, service excellence, cybersecurity innovation, client impact, and leadership in the MSP community. The top 10 applicants in each category are named finalists. The full list of 2026 Owner Under 40 finalists is posted on the MSP Titans of the Industry website.
When will the 2026 winners be announced?
Winners will be announced at the MSP Titans of the Industry Awards gala on December 9, 2026, at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California. We will share the results here on the Fairoaks IT blog and on LinkedIn.

Who is Adam Crossley?
Adam Crossley is CEO and co-owner of Fairoaks IT, the managed IT and cybersecurity company his father, Tom Crossley, founded in 1991. Before joining Fairoaks, Adam worked at Sikorsky on the Navy Seahawk program and served as an internal consultant and manager for United Technologies Corporation across the US, Europe, and Asia.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Operations Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain from Indiana University, and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Adam is the author of The Compliance Formula, Cyberattack, and Cybersecurity: The Silent Battlefield, and he has been featured in MSP Success Magazine. He has spoken on cybersecurity, network management, and business continuity at live events, on radio broadcasts, and in webinars.
