Studies show it takes 21 days to create a habit. With family, friends, work, hobbies, vacations, and just life in general who couldn’t use their own personal coach in the form of an app? The Fabulous app is available for iOS and Android devices, so you can have your personal coach at your side.

As you get started with focusing on your health journey, the app starts off small with reminder such as “drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up” As you go, you start building on those journeys. It takes three days to “unlock” the next task. You have the options of what you want to focus on: feel more energized, lose weight, sleep better and focus and concentrate. You will even have access to listening to the daily routines of Michelle Obama, Benjamin Franklin, and Nelson Mandela!

The “Make Me Fabulous” icon is located on the lower right panel. There’s also a dashboard that displays your goals and journey progress. Becoming fabulous can be accomplished in a variety of ways: exercise, focused work, meditation, yoga, stretch and power nap. Once you select a category, you can choose an activity from the library. There’s a timer next to each activity. Depending on your goal and how much time you have, the app will recommend activities.

Once you complete a task, you get to read a short motivating letter that encourages your progress. At the end of the week, you will receive a weekly recap report and letter to read.

Overall, the app receives good reviews and it helps to remind people of their health goals.
