This is the note that never seems to arrive. I say that because all too often, and particularly in the area of a service provider, the communications are panic and anxiety ridden not infrequently with some bite in the tone and maybe even a level of accusatory implication whether rightfully or wrongfully directed. This is not one of those notes; on the contrary this is note to express my severe satisfaction with Fairoaks IT and the patient service and attention to our needs. I am really happy that we made the move and are under your care.
The move was the type of move that really shouldn’t be undertaken in the way we did; we changed from Exchange to cloud, we introduced cloud backup, we changed service providers, and a few other things all at the same time. If that’s not a formula for disaster nothing is. There were some days where my teeth gnashed during all the changes but throughout all of it, there was always a strong spirit of cooperation and customer attention from FairoaksIT to our company. That is not missed on me.
So, this note is simply to thank all of you for the great job you’ve done for us.
So put this note on the kitchen bulletin board and print it bold face because I am very pleased to be under the care and feeding program of FairoaksIT.”
