Having peace of mind knowing that help is available when needed, as well as the expertise in designing and setting up a system that works for my business. The people of Fairoaks IT are just good people, who genuinely want to help and are easy to communicate with. Having done a lot myself on the software side, and with help from a good friend that works in the industry on the hardware side, I never have worked with an IT firm. My friend is probably relieved that he doesn’t help me out any longer with my IT needs, and he still is my friend!
