Screens emit blue light to make your screen more visible during the day. Blue light may contribute to poor sleep used late into the evening hours.

When working late into the night, try enabling the "Night Light" option, which is in Settings [icon type="arrow-right" size="1x" color="default"] System [icon type="arrow-right" size="1x" color="default"] Display and is listed right under "brightness". Make the light more red than blue to go easier on user's eyes.

You can also schedule your Night Light

Under “Night Light” settings: toggle “schedule” to set a schedule to your Night Light to turn on automatically.
