Meetings Together Mode

Together mode brings us back to helping participants feel closer together even when you are apart. There are a variety of mode scenes that allow you to set the tone and create the experience for your meeting, which can make it more relatable to what people were used to or just have some fun with it.

Custom Layouts

Custom layouts allow a more dynamic viewing experience, which allows presenters to customize how contents shows up for participants during a meeting.

Breakout Rooms

You know how sometimes during a meeting you get multiple conversations going on the side? Now you can use breakout rooms to allow participants to form smaller groups for discussion. Presenters then are able to hop between breakout rooms or make announcements to all breakout rooms and/or close breakout rooms to bring everyone back to the main meeting.

Meeting Recap

A recap will include the meeting recording, transcript, chat, shared files, and automatically shared in the meeting Chat tab and viewable in the Details tab for each meeting.

Chat and Collaboration Teams Templates

Each template comes with predefined channels, apps, and guidance. Administrators can also custom create templates for your organization.

Info Pane, Pinned Posts, and New Conversation Button in Channels

The channel info pane provides an at-a-glance summary of active members, important posts pinned by members, and other relevant information into each channel. Great for new team members who want to get in the know.
